50 minute weekly or biweekly individual therapy session.
Athletic performance
$125
45 minute session, includes between session resources and protocols.
Insurance not accepted
Authentic Ground does not accept insurance at this time. This keeps our work flexible, confidential, and centered on your goals rather than on insurer requirements. I'm happy to provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for potential out of network reimbursement.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, clients have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. One is provided at intake and any time fees change.
Cancellation
Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are charged at the full session fee, with limited exceptions for illness or emergency.
